Let's start with how to make a business grow easily.

The secret of making a business grow easily is to make it go viral.

For example, restaurateurs strive to give you a unique dining experience, so that you will take photo and share it in the social media.

That's a typical viral marketing strategy that you can see often nowadays, across the retail and service industry.

But that is not good enough.

If you can take viral marketing to the next level, you will be able to grow your business consistently.

How do you do that?

The idea is to design your business such that your users promote your business without actually promoting it.

Let's take Google as a case study.

Google doesn't really need to promote itself because its users are doing that, for free.

For example, Gmail is probably Google's best viral marketing tool. Everyone using Gmail is indirectly promoting Google. The brand name of Google will be known for generations!

Another example is Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is a great tool for webmasters, but why is Google giving it free?

Because it is a great way to bring webmasters from all over the world for free. These webmasters are Google's potential advertisers. I am not surprised everyone who uses Google Analytics may eventually end up buying some Google Adwords!

To be frank with you, LeadsLeap does the same thing.

We create free tools for internet marketers. When they use our free tools, they are indirectly promoting LeadsLeap.

The more users we have, the more promotion we get automatically, and the more new users we will get in return.

Can you see the viral effect?

It all happen automatically.

Many marketers depend on advertising as the main traffic source.

Advertising is good, but if you only depend on advertising to get traffic, the cost of acquiring a customer will be very high.

You can make advertising much cheaper if your users can promote your business simply by using your products/services.

Imagine every customer your advertisement bring in can eventually bring you 10 more customers, directly or indirectly, the advertising cost of acquiring a customer will be reduced by 10 times!

You must be bored of hearing about the regular sign ups I receive here now, so I won't bore you, but that doesn't take away from the fact that its happened. 

I have added another coop to the safelists/viral mailers page, to help you on your way.

This one, is for those, that don't want to do any work, but want the money.

I have also married up some of the blog posts, to make life easier for you.

I have added one new survey site to the high paying sites, my aim to add more, but

this time, I am going for non screen out ones.

The high paying ones are good, but they are at a very high screen out rate, which is very frustrating, so my plan is to find, lower paying sites, that don't screen out and share them here.

 This weeks teaching is on how to be successful, by Kenneth, at Leads Leap.

How to be successful?

The answer is so simple that most people do not believe.

Success is about doing the same tasks that have worked, again and again, no matter how mundane they are.

That's it.

If you want more sales, just keep doing the same thing that made your first sales.

If you want to be a successful speaker, just keep on practicing public speaking.

Think about it.

A successful singer sings almost everyday.

A successful salesman repeats the same sales pitch almost everyday.

Every successful person has one thing in common:

They keep on doing what they did right, again and again, no matter how mundane it is.

What do losers do?

Losers abhor mundane tasks.

They only do things that interest them or things they have to do.

Let me ask you...

Do you like singing? If you do, how about singing everyday, will you get bored? If that were not enough, how about sing the same song everyday? That's what a professional singer does.

Or take motivational speakers for example. They have to repeat the same presentation in every seminar, not to mention the countless of practicing they have done behind the scene. You think it is interesting or boring?

I told you in my earlier newsletter that in 2004, I created my first mini content website and made some money from Adsense. At that time, I asked myself, "What if I create 100s of those websites?"

That was what I did during my spare time.

I purchased private label articles, rewrote them and created many mini content websites with those articles.

With my experience in search engine optimization, it didn't take long for the new websites to start getting traffic and making money from Adsense. Some websites made $50 a month. Better ones can make $200 a month.

Few years down the road, I had accumulated about 200 of such websites, earning about $10k a month from Adsense alone.

Sounds good right?

What did I do to achieve that?

Nothing really spectacular.

I just kept doing the mundane task of creating mini content websites again and again.

Remember, success is about doing the same tasks that have worked, again and again, no matter how mundane they are.

It's always true!
