Free Cash Update: I discovered that Free Cash requires you to verify your identity before paying out. I am personally not prepared to do that, but you may feel comfortable doing so.

Every so often, you can cash out your points to PayPal. You can then use those funds directly on raffle sites (many accept PayPal), or transfer the money to your bank account.
Prime Opinion & Hey Cash
I believe these two sites belong to the same group. They have plenty of daily surveys available—simply work your way through them. They also feature level progression where you can unlock bonuses as you go.
The more surveys you complete, the better the platform gets to know you, leading to more targeted surveys and higher earnings.
