1. Create a Facebook page
2.Advertise it via other Facebook pages.
3. When you have enough people coming to your page, send out regular messages, by putting @everyone on your messages.
4. Make your profile on your Facebook account, sell your Facebook page, and promote it on like minded Facebook groups, it may take time, but it will work.
